Homework
Home learning is an extension of the work in school and it supports and reflects our creative curriculum, providing opportunities for families to become more involved in their child’s learning through topic projects.
We believe that homework not only reinforces classroom learning, it also helps children and young people to develop the skills and attitudes that they need for successful, lifelong learning. It supports the development of independent learning skills including the habits of enquiry and investigation and it should help to foster the role of families as co-educators of their children.
Homework is set throughout the school and is tailored to the age and ability of the children.
